AWESOME DAY!!!!

Today we had a great day!
Almost everyone had ROCK STAR behavior! :)

We are finishing up capacity and we will have pictures of our gallon gals and guys up here soon.
There is a short quiz on capacity tomorrow and we are sooo ready!

In math we are working on probability. We discovered that we use probability quite often and don't realize it.

We also started our multiplication timed tests, and we are off to great start!

This week is a short week, No School on Friday!
Until next time,

Hello!

We are lucky to have another person join us in our classroom! William Neel joined us today from Owensboro, KY. Welcome!

This week we are working on 3D Geometric shapes. Our test will be on Friday.

Don't forget next week is a short week. No school on Monday, Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

ISTEP is rapidly approaching. We are working very hard! It's very important that math facts are practiced at home every night. It is sooo helpful when working out problems to have a fluent background of the basic math facts!

Here's an ideas to make practice more fun:

*Addition/Subtraction/Multiplication War-play like traditional card game war only the first person to correctly answer the math problem wins that pair of cards.

You can find more ideas at:

Here are some fun pictures from this week:
